Meet Fran - our founder. Her wellness journey began at age 11 when she threw an epic birthday party at her local yoga studio in Michigan. Fran's path took her to a degree in Fitness and Wellness, while dedicating remote work hours to her favorite fitness trainer. She stepped into a full-time role in NYC at a wellness start-up, connecting with countless trainers and brands. Fran noticed that nearly everyone lacked that crucial support to really take their business up a notch.
